Monitor the basin evolution in its various components

The Niger Basin Observatory aims to monitor the basin in hydrological and environmental dimensions (both natural and human environment) but also socio-economic. To fulfill this mission, it will be up this structure to collect, format, process and store data on these different dimensions.
